This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of modern, high-performance user interfaces that power innovative web applications. Accountabilities
As a UI Lead Developer, you will:
· Lead front-end development initiatives using React.js, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
· Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into intuitive UI solutions.
· Build and maintain reusable component libraries, design systems, and front-end frameworks.
· Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
· Implement and manage Service Workers to enable offline capabilities and progressive web app features.
· Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and offer technical guidance to junior developers.
· Explore and adopt AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript.
· Deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
· Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite, and familiarity with REST/GraphQL API integration.
· Exposure to AI-driven code editors or development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, TabNine, CodeWhisperer).
· Hands-on experience implementing Service Workers and PWA features for offline functionality.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
· Experience mentoring or leading UI teams in agile environments.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining high code quality and user experience standards.
