We are looking for a Senior Fullstack React Engineer to join a collaborative, fully remote team focused on building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver robust front-end and back-end solutions that meet user needs and business goals. This role offers autonomy, opportunities to mentor junior developers, and the chance to contribute to architectural decisions across the stack. Accountabilities:

·        Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern back-end technologies.

·        Design, implement, and integrate robust APIs with front-end components.

·        Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

·        Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.

·        Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements.

·        Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·        5+ years of experience working with React and Redux.

·        2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of 5 or more developers.

·        2+ years of experience with C# or Ruby on Rails.

·        Experience with Docker, containers, and microservices architecture.

·        Advanced English proficiency for client communication and collaboration.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

·        Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern web frameworks, and scalable application design.
