. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement complex features with a focus on scalability and performance
Optimize data handling: caching strategies with React Query, application state management
Develop and maintain a design system with Storybook + Tailwind CSS
Organize testing processes (unit, integration, E2E), set up coverage metrics
Participate in architectural decisions and risk assessment
Mentor Middle/Junior developers and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with the Product Owner and backend team to align on API and WebSocket protocol.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in React + TypeScript, including complex high-load projects
Expert knowledge of React 19: application optimization with React Compiler, migration from previous versions
Advanced Next.js expertise (server methods customization, SEO optimization, middleware)
Deep understanding of React Query (global error handlers, prefetching, WebSocket integration)
Experience designing high-load real-time systems using WebSockets (subscriptions, load balancing)
Proficiency with React Hook Form (custom validators, dynamic forms, UI-kit integration)
Advanced Tailwind CSS experience for large-scale projects (config customization, plugins, dark/light themes)
Strong testing expertise: optimizing test performance, mocking WebSockets, integrating with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Ability to configure and customize Storybook (accessibility testing add-ons, story parameterization)
Understanding of PWA principles (resource caching, offline mode)
Experience with monitoring (Sentry, LogRocket) and performance optimization (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse)
Feature-Sliced Design (FSD) experience is a plus
