About the Role

We are looking for an experienced React Developer (6 7 years) with strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing responsive web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, user-centric web applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
Work closely with business stakeholders, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver financial applications with high performance and scalability.
Ensure compliance with BFSI industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.
Optimize components for performance across multiple devices and browsers.
Integrate UI with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and handle large-scale financial data flows.
Write reusable, maintainable, and test-driven code with best practices in mind.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and development environments.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

6 7 years of proven front-end development experience.
Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.
BFSI domain experience payments, capital markets, wealth/asset management, or insurance (mandatory).
Hands-on experience integrating with APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of security practices, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT), and data privacy in financial applications.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Cypress).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and in teams.
