Job Description: Senior Developer (React.js and Figma)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with expertise in React.js and Figma to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and user interfaces with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and other developers, to create cutting-edge digital solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Full-stack Development: Take ownership of the end-to-end development process, including both frontend and backend aspects, to build robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies.

User Interface (UI) Design Implementation: design pixel-perfect, interactive, and responsive user interfaces using Figma as a design tool.

Code Architecture and Best Practices: Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices, coding standards, and industry guidelines to ensure code quality and team efficiency.

Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues and bugs reported by QA and end-users, ensuring the application's stability and reliability.

Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Compatibility: Ensure that the application functions flawlessly across various browsers and devices, maintaining a consistent user experience.

Experience:

Proven Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and a hands-on experience as a Senior Developer with expertise in React.js and Figma.

React.js Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and practical experience with React.js, JSX, and related libraries, and a strong understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and modern frontend development practices.

Figma Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in using Figma as a design tool to implement UI designs and collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers.

Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other frontend technologies, with a focus on building responsive and accessible web applications.

Full-stack Development: Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks like Node.js, Express, etc. and experience with RESTful APIs.

Version Control: Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Insurance Domain: experience in Insurance domain is a plus but not required.
