We’re looking for a Tech Lead who will empower us to build industry disruptive tech products and enable us to provide our customers with smart actionable insights that will revolutionise their businesses.

You want to

● Work on and deliver high quality and stable software solutions to clients around the world

● Work with key project stake holders to understand and gather requirements

● Design and implement solutions to complex problems

● Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering solutions

● Take small incremental steps to change, evolve and modernise existing software solutions

● Take on full responsibility of the projects assigned

You have

● Over 10 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering software applications

● Over 3 years of experience as a lead working with 5 or more developers in your team

● Extensive experience in building applications using multiple programming languages such as C#, PHP, Python or equivalent and frontend frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS

● Very proficient in writing complex SQL queries and designing databases

● Experience in working with and evolving systems with limited or no impact to operations and business

● Experience in delivering government projects will be a plus

● Ability to understand clearly user / integration requirements and design solutions that are sustainable in the long run

● The ability to deliver with relative comfort under high pressure

● The ability to work on multiple projects in parallel

● Take pride in the quality and stability of the projects that you work on

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
