Responsibilities:
  • Own the coding/design of a sub-module
  • Review the requirements and provide simple, workable solutions
  • Design and document the sub-module working with the tech-lead
  • Implement the critical parts of the module
  • Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases, and project mgmt processes are followed
  • Mentor the junior programmers
  • Peer and junior programmer's code review
  • Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in developing backend systems
  • Backend Exp: Preferred prior experience in stack React, and NodeJS.
  • Prior experience in React. Js and Node. Js is also welcomed if the candidate is willing to work on any of the above-mentioned stacks.
  • Ability to work in a team structure and deliver projects on time.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills in super changing environment
  • Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
