We are actively seeking a Full Stack Developer (.NET + React) who will play a pivotal role in the development of our new SaaS product. As a member of our Australian development team, you will collaborate with QA professionals and DevOps specialists to build and sustain software components that meet the highest quality standards. This is a chance to engage with a global community of experts and influence major projects within our company.

The successful candidate should have a strong background in software development, be adept in Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework, and demonstrate a history of significant achievements in the field.

This role is remote, with a hybrid option available in Melbourne. It is open to candidates with valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to and implement industry-recognized software engineering best practices, emphasizing documentation, performance optimization, maintainability, and code reusability.
  • Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders to rapidly iterate and deliver on requirements in line with objectives set by the Product Manager.
  • Design, develop, and sustain advanced UI and server components, with an emphasis on efficiency, security, and maintainability.
  • Coordinate with external teams to troubleshoot issues and foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Ensure DevOps procedures are effectively implemented for streamlined software builds and releases.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of ethics and performance.


Requirements
  • Extensive experience in modern .NET stack.
  • Extensive experience in TypeScript and React.
  • Confident in working with relational databases (including design).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and adept at interpersonal communication.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering the highest caliber of work.


Nice to have
  • Experience working with the Azure platform is a plus.
