Job Description

• Technical Leadership

Define the technical strategy and drive key architectural decisions. Choose suitable technologies to ensure solutions meet business needs such as scalability and reliability. Oversee development activities, resolve complex issues, and provide expert guidance. Maintain high coding standards through reviews, best practices, and testing frameworks.

• Project Management

Work with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements. Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Assign responsibilities, track progress, and keep stakeholders updated. Anticipate technical challenges and address them early to avoid setbacks.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship

Support and mentor junior engineers, creating a collaborative and positive team culture. Offer ongoing feedback to help individuals grow their skills. Inspire the team to consistently deliver high-quality work.

• Quality Assurance

Ensure the final product adheres to quality expectations and client requirements. Conduct functional reviews and technical audits to identify gaps and recommend enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive hands-on experience in software development, typically 8+ years.
• Strong command of key programming languages such as .NET, Java, Python, or JavaScript. Exceptional leadership abilities paired with clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced analytical and debugging capabilities with a solid approach to problem‑solving. Well‑versed in the full software development lifecycle and knowledgeable about current industry practices and emerging technologies.
