The Successful Applicant

A successful Software Engineering Lead should have:

  • A strong background in software development and engineering practices especially with Java, modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js), microservices, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL)
  • Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
  • Expertise in overseeing the full software development lifecycle
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
