Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications.
Review, analyze, and resolve complex multi-faceted software engineering challenges.
Participate in large-scale planning initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to align solutions with business needs.
Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Support migration, integration, and optimization of applications in cloud and containerized environments (OpenShift).

Required Skills:

5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military service, or education.
Strong experience with Core Java, Java 8, and Full Stack Java development.
Proficiency with frontend frameworks: React.js, Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML.
Solid experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile application development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with OpenShift for container orchestration and deployment.
Knowledge of MongoDB for NoSQL database management.
Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
