ABOUT THE TEAM

Mural enables knowledge workers in enterprises to engage in collaborative visual work. The Dashboard team is essential to Mural's success, building crucial capabilities for creating, organizing, and discovering murals. Within a supportive environment, our distributed team has an engineering manager, product manager, designer, and a talented group of four experienced engineers. We work together to deliver improvements iteratively.

YOUR MISSION

As a Full Stack Engineer on our Dashboard team, you'll play a vital role in developing and improving our visual collaboration product. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of user experience, product evolution, and user engagement. Together, we'll enhance features and empower users to work together effectively.

Contribute to frontend and backend development (75% frontend, 25% backend).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

3+ years of software engineering experience, collaborating with design and product teams.
JavaScript proficiency in building user interfaces, ideally with React and TypeScript.
Some experience with backend development, ideally using Node.js.
Experience with unit and/or integration test frameworks, ideally Jest and Cucumber.
Experience with databases, ideally MongoDB.
Demonstrated bias for action, embracing calculated risks and frequent experimentation.
Experience with working in a remote environment, ideally at a remote-first company.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions.
Excellent command of written and verbal English communication.
