Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
Implement and maintain Tailwind CSS for consistent and efficient styling across the application.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and incorporate them into the development process.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Top Skills Required:

Next.js: Extensive experience in building server-side rendered (SSR) and static web applications using Next.js.
TypeScript: Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building type-safe and scalable React applications.
React.js: Deep understanding of React.js, including hooks, context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
Tailwind CSS: Expertise in using Tailwind CSS for utility-first, responsive, and maintainable styling.
Front-End Development: Solid experience in modern front-end development practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for integrating front-end applications with backend services.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready web applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
