Looking for a React developer with Python, not a Python developer with REACT.

Project Scope: Developing a product Recommendation Engine Promotions / Offers / Reminders that notify customers through SMS or Email (might be others). They are testing the RE which has been a time consuming process. Want to automate through a simple Web UI this is the scope. Allows audience to identify customers, cohorts and testing plan w/o Engineer intervention. Kicks out feedback or approval on the tests that are happening.

Will be a 4 phased approach phases 1&2 are this year

Phase 1 Audience Selection
Phase 2 Experimentation Design (decisioning tools i.e. data assets, emission learning etc.) the web tool should allow them to build a workflow using ML modules for the experiment to interact with

Team Size & Breakdown: 4 people on the team right now, but they lack certain skills which would be the 5th

Development Methodology: Agile 2 week sprints

Web Development
- Python Web API Development - Required
  - Django & API Design are (nice to have)
- ReactJS Typescript
