We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to help us ship high-quality web experiences with speed and craftsmanship. You’ll work closely with design and product to turn Figma into production UI, own front-end decisions, and raise the bar on maintainability, accessibility, and performance.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship user-facing features using React (Vite) and Next.js

  • Translate Figma into pixel-tight, responsive UI with clean component architecture

  • Partner with designers/PMs/engineers async: iterate fast, align on trade-offs, ship continuously

  • Create and maintain reusable components and patterns (scalable, accessible, consistent)

  • Improve DX: conventions, tooling, component patterns, front-end best practices

  • Proactively identify UI/UX edge cases, performance issues, and technical debt and fix them

  • Collaborate with product/content to ensure pages are SEO-friendly (metadata, internal linking, structured content) and support AI search / GEO best practices when relevant

Tech stack

  • React + Vite + Next.js

  • Figma (design handoff + collaboration)

What we’re looking for

  • Strong front-end fundamentals: component design, state management, CSS/layout, responsiveness

  • Strong experience with React and Next.js (bonus if you’ve used Vite extensively)

  • Able to take Figma designs and implement them accurately (spacing, typography, interactions)

  • Senior judgment: you can move fast without breaking things, and you know when to be pragmatic

You communicate clearly and reliably in a contract setup (async-first)

Nice to have

  • Experience with UI systems / design systems (tokens, component APIs, consistency rules)

  • Strong awareness of accessibility (WCAG) and performance tuning (Core Web Vitals)

  • Familiarity with modern CSS workflows (Tailwind / CSS Modules / styled-components)

  • Comfort reviewing PRs, giving feedback, and helping others level up (light mentorship)

  • Experience shipping SEO-oriented pages (metadata, canonical, sitemap, Open Graph, indexing basics)

  • Familiarity with GEO / AI search discovery patterns (clear information architecture, schema.org where useful, content structures that work well for AI-driven search)

Let us know

  • Portfolio (website/GitHub/Dribbble/Behance—anything that shows your work)

  • (Optional) A couple of links to products you shipped + what you owned (architecture, UI, perf, etc.)
