Northern Lights Technology is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React JS and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to design and develop scalable applications, initiate and assist in Proof of Concept (POC) preparation, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis and understand client needs
• Collaborate with clients to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using React JS
• Initiate and help clients in preparing POC for product
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Improve and optimize existing software solutions
• Develop comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC
• Serve as a subject matter expert on applications and provide technical support

Required Experience

• Engineering degree with 6+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proven experience in React JS, TypeScript, Next.js, MongoDB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented principles
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Essential Education & Skills

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering (Computer Science)
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Strong passion for continuous learning and skill development
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Strong communication skills to interact with international clients
