About the role:
Our client is one of the largest 4 health insurance companies in the United States, being within the Fortune 100 companies.

We are looking for React Native Mobile Applications Developer with experience developing Android and iOS mobile apps to code software applications based on business requirements and work on assignments that involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Some of the main tasks/responsibilities for the role include:

Oversee testing and debugging, develop fixes, research problems, and make necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues
Help influence the department's strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
Work is performed without direction and the developer exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Job Skills/Requirements
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
- 3+ years of Mobile Application Development
- Proficiency with React Native for mobile app development, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, CI/CD, pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Design patterns and UI/UX Standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with business teams in gathering requirements and translating them into detailed designs.
- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal
- Capable of designing a moderately sized software project, putting together a project plan to accomplish it, tracking progress, and executing it with a team
- Able to see the big picture of how systems interact with one another

Nice to have:

- GraphQL
- Node.js
- Experienced with Microservices, REST APIs and cloud-native engineering
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Cloud messaging, APIs, and Push notifications
