Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented React.js Developer with hands-on experience in product-based, B2B SaaS, or enterprise-level software development but also capable of transforming client needs into technically sound solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, front-end architecture, and token-based authentication (JWT, OAuth) to ensure secure and efficient user access management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable React.js applications with high performance and clean code.
• Translate non-technical client requirements into technical workflows and deliverable modules.
• Design reusable UI components and implement state management using Hooks and functional components. Develop and maintain high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
• Implement and manage token-based authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT / OAuth).
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.
• Integrate APIs, handle asynchronous data, and manage application states using Redux or Context API.
• Ensure data security and user session management through proper token handling.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing code, while maintaining code quality and standards.
• Contribute to new feature planning and continuous improvement of application architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in React.js-based front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux / Context API, and RESTful APIs any database.
• Practical experience in JWT / OAuth token-based authentication and secure API integration.
• Understanding of frontend security best practices (CORS, XSS prevention, CSRF tokens).
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise-level product development preferred.
• Familiarity with Git / version control systems and CI/CD tools.
• Basic understanding of Node.js / backend architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Ability to analyse time and space complexity and apply logical, efficient solutions.
• Familiarity with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library
