Principal Engineer (React/Node.js) Location: Reading - Hybrid (2-3 days a week). Salary: £90,000-£120,000 plus benefits An opportunity has arisen for several Principal Engineers to join a thriving business, currently developing a wide range of trading products and managing over 200 internal and external servers and applications.

As a Principal Engineer, you will get the opportunity to drive the development of high-impact projects, assisting management and other senior technical leaders in creating strategic roadmaps.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing products and services which require enhanced scalability, performance, and security.

You will play a central role in technical contributions affecting their growth over the coming years.

Principal Engineer requirements: Strong software development skills - they use TypeScript, Node.js, React, and some Python.

Good experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Experience with muti-site collaboration over different time zones is a nice to have.

10+ years' experience.
