• 5+ years of experience with React Native
• Knowledgeable about WebRTC and real-time communication technologies.
• Understanding of network protocols and how to optimize performance.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.

• Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
