Full-Stack Engineer, Part-Time AI Code Evaluation - Remote (United States)
Posted: 5 hours ago
• $50–$100 per hour equivalent, paid per accepted task
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Under 20 hours a week, you choose when
Use your full-stack engineering skills to create and evaluate realistic software tasks for AI systems on a flexible part-time schedule.
The AI systems changing how software gets built are trained and tested by real engineers. The teams building them need full-stack engineers who can create realistic software tasks, judge whether the AI's code is correct and complete, write the solution a professional engineer would deliver, and explain where the implementation falls short. Your work helps evaluate software-engineering tasks and AI-generated code across front-end and back-end systems. This is part-time contract work done remotely on a flexible schedule.
What you'll do
• Create and solve realistic full-stack tasks involving user-facing features and APIs
• Trace requests and data across browsers and back-end services to judge whether an AI implementation works correctly
• Write professional reference solutions and validate code across front-end and back-end systems
• Review AI-generated code for security, performance and maintainability, and explain where it needs improvement
Why this is worth your time
• Build practical AI skills while earning the equivalent of $50–$100 an hour for engineering judgment
• Evaluate AI-generated code across full-stack systems and give clear feedback on correctness, security, performance and maintainability
• Build practical experience applying full-stack debugging and architecture judgment to AI code review and clear model feedback
• Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
Who this is for
• Strong professional experience building production full-stack applications across multiple programming languages
• Strong full-stack systems knowledge covering browser applications, APIs, application state, databases, service integration, architecture and debugging
• Fluent in English; experience contributing to complete software-system architecture, working in unfamiliar codebases, and solving difficult debugging problems
• No experience in AI training work needed. You bring your full-stack engineering experience; the work focuses on creating, solving and evaluating software-engineering tasks.
Pay and details
• $50–$100 per hour equivalent; pay is per accepted task, as an independent contractor
• Part-time, under 20 hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, United States
