The AI coding systems changing how software gets built are trained and tested by real software engineers. The teams building them need engineers who can create realistic coding tasks, judge whether an AI's solution works, write the solution a strong developer would provide, and explain where the AI falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of coding models. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.

What you'll do

• Design realistic coding tasks covering feature work and bug fixes

• Build reference solutions and automated checks that accept correct code and reject incorrect code

• Write code examples and debugging guidance in supported programming languages

• Review code submissions across large codebases, identifying bugs and assessing performance issues

Who this is for

• Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, TypeScript or a comparable language

• Experience in backend development, including services and APIs built to scale

• Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures, sound software engineering principles, and automated testing and code review, plus clear technical documentation and communication in English

• Ability to debug complex systems, fix bugs, improve performance and work across large codebases

• Open-source contributions and a public GitHub profile are a plus

• No AI experience needed. You bring the engineering expertise; the work provides structured coding tasks and clear review criteria.
