Required Qualifications:
12+ years of professional software development experience
6+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.)
Deep understanding of front-end architecture patterns (e.g., micro frontends, monorepos)
Proficient in using modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and client-side caching strategies
Strong knowledge of performance optimization, security, and accessibility
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor developers
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Were looking for builders from Tier-1 Org or those who’ve helped scale a product from zero to millions.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with AWS/GCP/Azure or built automated test pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with SSR (Next.js) and static site generation
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Material UI, etc.)
Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
