Job description

As a React Developer at Project Tree, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality front-end components. You will work within an Agile team to transform UI/UX designs into functional, high-performance code, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development: Develop modular, responsive, and reusable components using React 18 and Hooks.
State Management: Utilize Redux Toolkit or Context API to manage complex application states.
Modern Tooling: Build and optimize front-end assets using Vite, Webpack, and NPM .
Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code following established style guides.
Refactoring: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the Virtual DOM to ensure 60fps interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Core Tech: 4+ years of professional experience with React.js and TypeScript .
Styling: Strong command of Tailwind CSS , Styled Components, or Material UI.
Data Handling: Experience with React Query or Axios for efficient server-state management.
Version Control: Proficiency in Git and Agile/Scrum workflows.
Soft Skills: Proactive communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
