Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using GoLang and ReactJS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on GoLang and ReactJS.

- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Technical Skills :

- GoLang : Advanced knowledge and experience in building scalable applications.

- ReactJS : Proficiency in building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

- JavaScript : Strong understanding of ES6+ features and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- HTML/CSS : Expertise in creating semantic HTML and modern CSS techniques.

- APIs : Experience with designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Microservices : Knowledge of microservices architecture and best practices.

- Databases : Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Testing : Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

- DevOps : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
