Role: Senior Front-End Software Engineer (React)

Qognity is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our growing product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the front-end components of our AI-driven multi-agent platform, primarily using React and related Microsoft technologies, such as Word add-in.

You will collaborate closely with back-end engineers, UX designers, and other team members to deliver user-friendly, performant, and maintainable interfaces for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

· Work collaboratively with the development team to plan, design, and implement front-end features.

· Review requirements and translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and scalable front-end components.

· Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux and Webpack.

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript code.

· Identify and improve web-based user interactions.

· Troubleshoot interface issues and debug application code.

· Develop and maintain front-end architecture that supports scalability and modularity.

· Monitor and enhance front-end performance.

· Contribute to documentation and collaborate on continuous improvement of development processes.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

· Experience with state management solutions (preferably Redux).

· Strong understanding of Web APIs and asynchronous programming.

· Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) is a strong plus.

· Experience with React Native is a plus.

· Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

· Experience in the legal, banking or enterprise SaaS sector is a strong advantage.

· Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and self-organization skills.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
