Responsibilities:

• Must be available for daily standup meetings at 10am EST

• Works with the product team members to design and develop customer-facing features

• Develop APIs and backend services in .NET

• Helps maintain the existing code base by refactoring code and fixing defects

• Provision Azure services and help keep our infrastructure running

• Contributes to improving your team's processes and best practices

• Reviews code and provides constructive feedback

Skills:

• Actively uses AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve code quality, debugging, and development speed

• 5+ years professional software development experience

• 4+ years experience with C#

• 3+ years experience with SQL Server

• 3+ years experience with React

• 2+ years experience with Next.js

• 3+ years Web Development HTML/JavaScript/TypeScript

• 3+ years experience with Azure Services

• 2+ years Maintaining IT infrastructure

Nice to Have Skills:

• UI / UX

• Azure DevOps

• Experience with Elastic Search

• Familiarity with OWASP top 10 and web application security

• Experience with ASP.NET and Web Forms

As a remote team, you'll have a greater responsibility to work within our systems like Asana, Zoom, Confluence, and Slack. These tools are our work operating system here at Referral Rock. You'll be expected to have excellent communication skills and an exceptional level of accountability. We have weekly team meetings and one on ones where you’ll be required to update the team on your progress.
