About the Role

We are looking for a talented React.js / Next.js Developer to build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend development expertise, experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product owners, and QA teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Application Architecture

• Implement component-based architecture and state management solutions.
• Design and develop server-side rendered (SSR) and static site generated (SSG) applications using Next.js.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Review code and mentor junior developers when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance and usability issues.

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

• 36 years of experience in Frontend Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience building applications using Next.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs.

Good to Have

• Redux / Redux Toolkit.
• Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks.
• Node.js basics.
• Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
• Authentication and Authorization implementation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices in Next.js applications.
