About the role

This Senior Full Stack Software Engineer develops scalable product features and owns code from design through implementation, automated testing, delivery, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build clean, scalable, reusable code and enforce engineering practices including code review and unit testing.
• Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and deliver high-quality product features.
• Implement extensible software that customers can customize for their needs.
• Contribute to new-product and feature design while improving existing product capabilities.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks, ideally React.
• 4+ years of software-engineering experience delivering production products.
• Proficiency with Python, Java, or a comparable object-oriented language.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design-pattern, and performance knowledge.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of reliability, observability, production readiness, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience using or evaluating AI-powered tools and workflows.
