About the Role

We are seeking a Frontend Lead (React.js) to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong technical leader who can mentor team members, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end web applications using React.js.

  • Drive the development of responsive, cross-browser, and device-compatible user interfaces.

  • Integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications for seamless communication with backend systems.

  • Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to technical best practices.

  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, maintainability, and performance.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver new features.

  • Define technical architecture, set coding standards, and recommend stack improvements.

  • Develop reusable components and libraries for future scalability.

  • Ensure adherence to CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying innovative solutions.

  • Advocate quality assurance, review test cases, and support UAT processes.

Core / Must-Have Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in managing frontend development teams.

  • Strong expertise in React.js and related tools (Redux, React Router, Webpack).

  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end best practices.

  • Experience with backend services integration, ensuring security and maintainability.

  • Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.

  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools.

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, JUnit).

  • Knowledge of security practices, performance optimization, and code quality standards.
