The Role

We're looking for a Senior or Staff React Native Engineer to own our mobile experience. You'll build AI-native features that ship to real users, drive mobile architecture decisions, and work closely with product and design to create best-in-class consumer apps.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve our React Native mobile applications

• Build and ship consumer-facing features end-to-end

• Drive mobile architecture and performance optimization

• Work closely with product and design to move fast

• Contribute to AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering

• Help establish mobile engineering best practices

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with strong React Native depth

• Shipped production React Native apps to the App Store / Play Store

• Strong TypeScript fundamentals

• Experience with mobile CI/CD, testing, and release processes

• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Excited about AI—both building AI products and using AI coding tools daily

Nice to Have

• Experience with Gen AI / AI-native products

• Native iOS/Android experience (Swift, Kotlin)

• Infrastructure experience (AWS, Vercel)

• Experience with app performance optimization and monitoring

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 - $250,000 base salary
