Technical and architectural vision for the design and implementation of complex, scalable software solutions primarily using Java Spring Boot, React and Next.js.
Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale, distributed systems using Java Spring Boot for backend services and Next.js for frontend interfaces.
Design front-end solutions (React) that effectively integrate with content management systems (like AEM) and leverage CDNs and caching strategies for optimal performance and content delivery.
Architect and implement solutions utilizing API Gateways (Apigee) for effective API management, security, and policy enforcement within the experience services layer.
Ensure designs incorporate comprehensive observability, including real-time user monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), logging, and distributed tracing.
Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to multiple engineering teams, establishing best practices, coding standards, and development processes for Java and React development.
Drive technical strategy related to service discovery, configuration/secret management, traffic management, and load balancing, particularly within cloud-native environments (like Kubernetes).
Champion and implement robust build and deployment automation (CI/CD) practices.
Partner with enterprise architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define technical strategy, evaluate solutions, and translate complex requirements into actionable technical designs.
Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and ownership within the Java , React and Next JS domains.
Drive the evaluation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and patterns within the Java/Next JS ecosystem, including messaging/streaming platforms and caching solutions.
Present complex technical concepts and architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
