JD-
MUST Have Experience With The Following
- EXCELLENT communication skills
- VERY strong React development experience
- .NET experience
- C# experience
- Azure experience a plus
Soft Skills - All required and just as important as Tech background.
- Candidate should feel comfortable and have experience mentoring more JR developers.
- Candidate should be able to work quickly, efficiently and autonomously.
- Senior Level Candidate – if something breaks can take it on and fix, doesn’t need guidance, if needs to move widgets can do on their own, if need task to add a widget or table, can also own and run with it etc
Candidate can't be an order taker. Needs to be someone that is innovative, creative, and likes coming up with solutions.
Background
- They have a custom, homegrown database that they use for internal claims processing. This is a very important system for them, and they had issues getting it to launch properly.
