Position : Front End Developer
Working Hours: Full-time, 8AM - 5PM EST
Holidays : TBD
Salary : $2500-3500/month
About the Company:
Support Shepherd is an offshore headhunting agency specializing in sourcing top talents for international clients. We are currently searching for a highly skilled React Front End Developer to join our client's team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build new features and enhancements to our microservice, doing things like building reporting graphs, order management tools, and new API integrations using React, TanStack, and others
- Improve performance, security, and reliability of existing features
- Troubleshoot & fix bugs
- Writing unit tests
- Daily responsibilities such as reviewing others' code, or releasing code
- Maintain regular communication with Engineering and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with JS, React (v18), TanStack, MUI
- Profiency with modern coding standards, practices, and tooling
- Developing user-friendly interfaces
- Experience with APIs (authentication, rate limits, etc.)
- Ability to take a spec and fullfil all requirements
- Linux (you should know your way around a terminal)
Good to have knowledge with:
- Amazon Web Services (ECS, ECR, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CodePipelines, and SNS to name a few)
- Ad tech (it helps to know your impressions from your CTRs, but we can teach you too!)
- Laravel 10.x
- Docker
- Knowledge of microservices
- Knowledge and interest in UI/UX
- Nice to have: experience or familiarity with PHP
