Location:Remote but will have to meet in Makati office ONCE a month

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Implement and maintain high-quality codebases using Typescript and React, adhering to best practices in software development.
- Utilize project management tools such as Linear to effectively track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Stay abreast of new technology trends and best practices in software development to continuously enhance our capabilities.
- Occasionally visit the office for team meetings, project kick-offs, and other collaborative activities, while primarily working remotely.
- Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or similar role in software development projects (Minimum 5 years experience)
- Strong project management skills with experience in using project management tools like Linear.
- Strong Proficiency in Typescript and React is REQUIRED, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to software development.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
