Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Full Stack) with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development, guide the engineering team, ensure best coding practices, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. The role requires hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture, and development of full-stack web applications.
• Drive and mentor a team of developers on best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and efficient front-end and back-end components.
• Own feature delivery from requirement analysis to production release.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployments (preferably on AWS).
• Perform code reviews, technical assessments, and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability using modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Mandatory Skills

Frontend: React.js, Redux, TypeScript, React Hooks, Webpack. Backend: Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, REST API development, Microservices. Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS/DynamoDB, ECS/EKS). Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and scaling strategies. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest/Mocha). Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
