Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Javascript Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in web and mobile application development using MERN stack and React Native. Experience in Azure will be a great bonus. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing the team's quality and timeline for all our projects, assisting in hiring, speeding up our development process, ensuring all team members do clean coding and follow company coding standards which are set up by themselves, and providing timely reports on teamwork progress.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team's quality and timeline for all our projects
- Experienced in ERP and CRM development
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring software engineers
- Develop high-quality web and mobile applications using MERN stack and React Native
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, UI/UX designers, and QA testers, to ensure project success
- Ensure all team members do clean coding and follow company coding standards which are set up by themselves
- Speed up the development process by optimising code and using the latest development tools and methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development lifecycle
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering
- Provide timely reports on teamwork progress to the project manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in web and mobile application development using MERN stack and React Native
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, preferably Azure
- Proven experience in leading and managing software development projects
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
