Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable React-based web applications

• Develop reusable UI components and frontend architecture

• Optimize rendering performance and application speed

• Collaborate with product and design to implement new features

• Integrate frontend systems with backend APIs

• Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards

• Debug and resolve production frontend issues

• Improve testing, documentation, and frontend tooling

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React

• Experience working with REST APIs

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards

• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)

• Experience using Git and collaborative workflows

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience optimizing performance in large-scale applications

• Familiarity with TypeScript

• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks

• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)

• Experience working with design systems

• Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG standards)

• Experience in remote or distributed teams
