Must Haves
- 7+ years’ experience as a Web Developer
- Strong communication, business and design skills
- Ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Experience using React Framework
- JavaScript, CSS3, or HTML55
- Consumer eCommerce web-development experience is an “almost must have”.

- Node JS Framework – moving away from Node and moving to React**
- .NET*
- GitHub
- Lighthouse\Core web vitals (optimizing UI)**
- UI\XU and speed tuning experience is a plus
