What you’ll do⚡

• Own front-end development for customer-facing product experiences across Textla.

• Build clean, reliable interfaces for campaign creation, workflows, dashboards, forms, tables, reporting views, and internal tools.

• Take features from idea to polished implementation.

• Work closely with product, engineering, customer success, and GTM to turn feedback into product improvements.

• Maintain a high bar for UX, performance, reliability, code quality, testing, and maintainability.

• Work with backend engineers to connect front-end experiences to APIs, data, and analytics.

Who we’re looking for 🔍

You are an A-tier front-end engineer.

You care about more than just writing code. You care about how the product feels, how fast customers can get things done, and whether the interface actually makes their work easier.

You are sharp, product-minded, and detail-oriented. You can take an idea, understand the customer problem, work through the edge cases, and turn it into a polished product experience. You are comfortable building fast without making the product feel rushed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of front-end or full-stack engineering experience in early-stage (pre-seed to Series A) startups.

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices.

• Experience building dashboards, workflows, forms, tables, reporting views, and complex product states.

• Comfortable working with APIs and backend engineers to bring product experiences to life.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in shipping high-quality front-end work.

• Outcome-driven mindset. You care about customer impact, not just shipped features.

• Comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

• Portfolio, GitHub, or examples of high-quality front-end development work.

Compensation + perks

• Base salary: $175k - $250k
