About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer (C# & React) with extensive experience in C# (.NET Core) & React. This is a hybrid role and we would expect you to come into the office at least twice a month. You’ll have experience building front-end applications and back-end APIs and have a deep understanding of how to produce well-tested code, that’s easy to understand, maintain and deploy.

You’ll be able to help drive the technical direction of a project, take part in architectural discussions and help to pick the frameworks and tools required to implement solutions. You’ll be well versed in Agile practices and be comfortable leading various ceremonies when required be it stand-ups, refinements, or retros.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to take stories from an idea through to a Jira ticket that’s ready for a developer to pick up. You’ll be comfortable working supporting your team’s tech lead, stepping in to remove blockers when they are busy or away. You’ll be able to clearly communicate the priority of technical tasks and work with product managers to build out a prioritised backlog.

4+ years experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer (C# & React)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field/equivalent experience
Experience in .NET Core, C#, React, & other relevant technologies
Experience leading agile development teams
Experience founding & building development teams
Experience building for cloud
