Overview
Searching for a dependable, senior-level developer to take over an existing React Native app and Firebase backend for a sports performance platform. The product receives video-derived metrics, organizes athlete data, and presents performance results cleanly. Consistency and communication matter here.

Core Responsibilities

• React Native mobile development

• Firebase backend work: Firestore, Cloud Functions, Auth, Storage

• Integrating incoming performance data into the app

• Building and refining modules for:

  • Performance scoring

  • Athlete dashboards

  • Athlete profiles

• Improving and stabilizing existing data flows

• Implementing UI updates (design files provided)

• Daily check-ins

Required Experience

• Deep experience with React Native

• Deep experience with Firebase (Firestore, Functions, Storage)

• Strong ability to take over an existing codebase

• Solid understanding of APIs and data structuring

• Excellent communication

• Reliable, consistent delivery

Nice to Have

• Experience with sports or fitness apps (not required)

Availability
40 hours per week. Long-term role for the right developer.
