Job Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Tredence, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-quality software solutions that drive retail business insights and outcomes. Success in this role means delivering robust microservices and engaging user experiences using React and .Net technologies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, enabling our clients to embrace AI-driven decision-making seamlessly. This role supports Tredence's mission of bridging the gap between data insights and business impact.

What will your role look like?

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS and .Net based microservices architecture.

- Create, implement, and optimize containerized applications with Docker and deploy/manage them on Kubernetes clusters.

- Write and maintain comprehensive test suites using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure software quality.

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.

- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.

- Continuously research and apply industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve development processes.

You will need:

- Demonstrate 4-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development with strong expertise in ReactJS and .Net frameworks.

- Apply hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests utilizing Jest and React Testing Library.

- Exhibit a solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.

- Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Showcase strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have Skills:

- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software releases.

- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for application hosting and management.

- Experience with agile methodologies and tools for project tracking and collaboration.

- Familiarity with advanced front-end state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and performance optimization techniques.
