Occupy a unique position in the market by joining the team as a Technical Lead:
- Architect comprehensive full-stack builds for a variety of digital experiences and environments.
- Set the bar for experienced engineering and coach your team to rise to your level.
- Lead a team of developers across a project.
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment to manage team health and project success.
- Articulate your approach clearly to both your team and clients.
- Bring a point of view and informed opinions on platforms and code/styling solutions to evolve Instrument’s digital presence as an industry leader.
- Establish and maintain best practices for development, documentation, testing, and automation across projects.
What will help you succeed
- A US Visa is required, as you might need to travel to the US eventually.
- 6+ years’ experience in full-stack development and/or front-end development.
- Experience delivering fully functional production experiences to market.
- Experience in a front-end framework such as React or Vue.
- Experience in one or more cloud environments (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean).
- A portfolio you’re proud of, showing comprehensive full-stack builds.
