Job Summary

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and visually refined digital products. This role is ideal for a Front-End-leaning architect with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and modern web architecture, who combines hands-on development with system-level thinking. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex product requirements into intuitive, performant interfaces, while defining architectural direction, design systems, and overall product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive technical architecture for modern web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

  • Develop and own the Front-End experience for core platforms, ensuring high-quality, performant, and visually polished applications.

  • Translate complex product and data requirements into intuitive, scalable user interfaces.

  • Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems to support rapid development.

  • Collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and data teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.

  • Conduct technical audits and architecture reviews, providing strategic recommendations for systems, infrastructure, and development practices.

  • Contribute to technical strategy, architecture reviews, and system design decisions.

  • Implement and advocate for best practices in testing, accessibility, performance, and security.

  • Integrate Front-End applications with backend services and APIs (REST and/or GraphQL).

  • Partner with DevOps teams to support CI/CD, environments, and production readiness.

  • Work across the full stack when needed, including business logic, integrations, and performance optimization.

  • Design and integrate AI-driven features and data pipelines into scalable web applications, working closely with data and ML teams.

  • Mentor engineers and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong fullstack exposure and hands-on architecture responsibilities

  • Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js

  • Proven experience designing scalable, reliable distributed systems, including microservices and/or event-driven architectures

  • Experience designing APIs (REST/GraphQL), defining system boundaries, and working with data pipelines and multi-source data systems

  • Experience working with AI-driven or data-driven systems and modern AI workflows

  • Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Payload, Contentful, Sanity, or similar) and content modeling

  • Strong knowledge of application security, compliance (e.g., SOC 2 / SOX), and governance practices (auth, data protection, auditability)

  • Experience contributing to design systems and collaborating with design tools (e.g., Figma or similar), including accessibility considerations (WCAG 2.1 AA+)

  • Experience leading technical decisions, conducting architecture audits, and guiding engineering teams in a hands-on capacity
