Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Senior Front End Java Developer to join our team. Optimize application performance and responsiveness through efficient code implementation.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee functionality and performance.

Stay up to date with the latest front-end development trends and propose enhancements to the existing system.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues reported by users or identified through monitoring and logs.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development using Java technologies.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Outstanding soft skills, including exceptional communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of back-end technologies, such as Spring Framework or Java EE.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

Proficiency in performance optimization techniques.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
