Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js and strong backend knowledge in Java. The role requires someone who can lead front-end initiatives, design scalable applications, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid onsite environment in Charlotte, NC.

Role, Skills & Experience

Bring 12+ years of enterprise-level software development experience, with strong exposure to both front-end and backend engineering.
Lead and deliver front-end solutions using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 while integrating with Java-based services.
Design and implement state management using Redux or Context API.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end scalable solutions.
Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness in high-demand environments.
Review code, guide peers, and enforce best engineering practices across the team.
Hands-on experience consuming and building REST APIs and working with modern DevOps/CI-CD practices.
Strong leadership qualities to mentor junior developers and influence architectural decisions.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Note: This is a Day-1 Onsite role in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) only candidates open to working onsite will be considered.
