Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead React Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building modern web applications and will play a key role in designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for Generative AI applications.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop user interfaces for Generative AI applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to transform user needs into seamless UI/UX designs.
Develop prototypes, conduct user testing, and iterate on designs to ensure an optimal user experience.
Implement UI designs using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.
Integrate UI components with Python-based backend systems and APIs.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code while adhering to coding best practices.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a React Developer / Lead Frontend Engineer (10+ years preferred).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies.
Experience in integrating APIs and working with Python-based backends.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Generative AI applications or ML-driven interfaces.
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
