Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead React Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building modern web applications and will play a key role in designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for Generative AI applications.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user interfaces for Generative AI applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to transform user needs into seamless UI/UX designs.
  • Develop prototypes, conduct user testing, and iterate on designs to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Implement UI designs using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.
  • Integrate UI components with Python-based backend systems and APIs.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code while adhering to coding best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a React Developer / Lead Frontend Engineer (10+ years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies.
  • Experience in integrating APIs and working with Python-based backends.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Generative AI applications or ML-driven interfaces.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
