Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer (Java & React) AI-Assisted "Vibe Coding" Specialist

About QFund & The Role

At QFund, we are rewriting the rules of fintech platform engineering. We are embarking on a massive, next-generation platform transformation, and we aren't doing it the old-fashioned way. We are looking for highly agile Full-Stack Developers (3–5 years of experience) who have mastered the art of "Vibe Coding"—leveraging cutting-edge AI coding agents like Claude Code to build, iterate, and deploy production-grade software at blistering speeds.

This isn't a prompt-engineering job for beginners, nor is it for traditional developers set in their ways. We need mid-level Java/J2EE and ReactJS heavy-hitter who understand modern architecture well enough to orchestrate Claude Code to do the heavy lifting, and instantly step in to debug, refactor, and optimize code when the AI hits its limits.

What You’ll Do (The Core Mission)

• Orchestrate the Vibe: Act as the technical conductor utilizing Claude Code CLI and agentic workflows to rapidly scaffold, develop, and transform the QFund product ecosystem.
• Full-Stack Delivery: Direct the AI to generate robust, scalable backend services in Java/J2EE (Spring Boot, Microservices) and sleek, high-performance frontends in ReactJS.
• Be the Safety Net: Deeply understand the project model, context limits, and token structures of Anthropic’s Claude Code. When the AI generates code, you will critique it, structurally integrate it, and manually fix complex bugs or edge cases.
• Accelerate Innovation: Turn conceptual product requirements into working software in hours instead of weeks, maintaining high standards for clean code and test coverage.

Who You Are (Required Skills & Experience)

1. The AI Agent Mastery (Claude Code / Vibe Coding)

• Active, hands-on experience with Claude Code CLI, Anthropic APIs, or advanced agentic coding workflows.
• Solid understanding of how Claude builds project models, manages context/state, and reads workspace directories.
• Proven track record of "vibe coding"—driving feature lifecycles predominantly through AI generation while maintaining absolute control over the output quality.

2. The Hardcore Engineering Stack

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Backend: Strong, hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Frontend: Solid expertise in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, state management like Redux/Zustand, and modern UI libraries).
• The "Under the Hood" Expert: You must be able to write, read, and debug Java/React code flawlessly without AI assistance when required. You know exactly how to fix a failing Spring Bean or optimize a sluggish React component render.

3. Mindset

• The Speed Demon: You get bored by traditional, slow-moving sprint velocities. You want to build and ship things now.
• The Continuous Learner: You are obsessed with the latest AI dev tools and constantly look for ways to optimize your engineering throughput.
