Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in building scalable and maintainable React.js applications using best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, prioritize tasks, and develop technical roadmaps.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products by mentoring junior developers, providing guidance on coding standards, and conducting code reviews.
- Participate in architectural decisions, design discussions, and troubleshooting issues related to application performance.
Job Requirements :
- 11-14 years of experience in leading a React.js development team or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Flask).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Experience working with large-scale web applications built using modern frontend technologies such as React.js.
